When you send an enquiry

We receive your name, email address, website, monthly advertising spend range, optional message, and confirmation that we may store your details and reply. We use this information to review your enquiry and discuss the services you requested. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

The form also includes campaign information available to this website: advertising click identifiers, UTM campaign tags, keyword, landing page, referring page, first visit time, and a Google Analytics client identifier if an existing analytics cookie is present. This helps us understand where enquiries come from. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your message.

Website infrastructure and spam prevention

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions and notification emails. Google Workspace receives and stores enquiries in our mailbox. Your IP address is processed to limit repeated form requests. Application logs record a submission reference and delivery status, without the contents of your enquiry.

These providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy information is available from Cloudflare and Google.

Browser storage

This website stores campaign tags, advertising click identifiers and your first visit time in your browser's local storage so they remain available if you return before submitting an enquiry. You can remove these values by clearing this website's browser data.

Keeping and managing your information

Enquiries are kept in our mailbox while needed to respond and manage the resulting business correspondence. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, email karolis@brainguns.com. We may need to retain correspondence required for an ongoing contract or other applicable obligations.
